In Greek mythology, the peacock is sacred to Hera, the queen of the gods and she used it to pull her chariot through the skies. Hera tasked Argus, a giant with one hundred eyes, with guarding Io, a mortal whom Zeus had transformed into a cow to hide her from Hera. To free Io, Zeus sent Hermes, who lulled Argus to sleep with stories and music. Once Argus was asleep, Hermes killed him and freed Io. In honour of Argus, Hera placed his eyes on the tail of the peacock.

Iridescent Blue-Green - represents the shimmering feathers of the peacock, symbolising mystery, elegance, and divine presence.
Royal Blue - associated with nobility and cosmic depth, evoking the bird’s celestial placement and regal bearing.
Emerald Green - symbolises renewal, fertility, and the lush beauty of nature, often linked to Hera’s protective and maternal aspects.
Gold - reflects divinity, immortality, and solar radiance, peacocks were sacred to Hera, who placed Argus’s eyes in their tail.
Product care
All of our products are made from naturally occurring minerals which are susceptible to the elements and to the effects of chemicals.
Color change can also occur to the minerals from prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Due to their varying levels of porosity, we recommend that you avoid contact with chemicals and bleaching agents such as chlorine from swimming pools, suntan creams or other similar types of products.

Whilst all care is taken to accurately capture the true colors of the minerals, variations may occur in the delivered product.
The majority of the products are made using 2mm diameter beads, unless otherwise stated.
Base metals are 925 silver and gold-filled beads. Minerals are as described.
All products are made to fit a wrist size of approximately 16 - 21 cm. Larger sizes can be custom made on request and are subject to material availability.
